• All rates mentioned above are per room, per night and include buffet breakfast.
• Children up to 2 years old: free of charge (baby cot available upon request).
• Children 2 - 12 years old, sharing a room with parents: -50% on the per person rates in a double room.
• Children in suite (sofa-bed: max. 2 children): € 40 per night.

• The single room is a double for single use.
• Double rooms have either a double bed or two single beds.
• Triple rooms have either one double bed and one single or three single beds.
• Family rooms have a double bed and a double sofa bed comfortable enough for one or two children. There is space for a baby cot if necessary.

It is necessary to confirm your reservation via fax and to send us your credit card details as a guarantee (number, date of expiration, holder's name).

Visitors from Greece can make their prepayment via bank deposit (details given upon request). The deposit slip must be sent to us by fax. The deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled:

• 7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the amount of one-night's stay is charged to your credit card.
• in case of no-show, the total amount of two night’s stay is charged to your credit card.
